Serves You Right, Inc., a California “C” Corporation (“SYR”), was founded in July 2002 by Stephen Valentino for the purpose of developing the concept of an entertainment / lifestyle television show as well as related ancillary products and co-branding opportunities.  Since its inception, the Company has grown dramatically and garnered the association of numerous highly reputable and influential industry players in media, consumer products, and publishing.

In each of its three operating divisions, SYR Productions, SYR Products and SYR Publishing, the Company has developed projects that are fresh, vibrant, and on the cutting edge – with wide, cross-marketing and co-branding appeal. The television and product offerings will be some of the most exciting and unique to appear in decades – something for everyone of all ages, lifestyles and cultures. 

SYR has assembled a team of industry luminaries who have successfully taken many companies and products to market – and are poised to do so here.  Stephen Valentino, the on-air Host of the planned television series, “Let’s Celebrate”, is also the creator of other television and product lines being developed by the Company.  In addition, Mr. Valentino is an opera singer, actor, writer, businessman and Bon Vivant.   Gregory K. Lockamy, President and CEO, brings a wealth of business acumen to the Company, having been a Founder and executive of PRN, one of the nation’s larger television networks.
